Empowering Ohioans for thirty years, I AM an EMDR trained, heart-centered Therapist/Teacher/Artist/Reiki Master/Bodhisattva. My work focuses on enhancing the holistic well-being of adults suffering from aversive childhood experiences, traumatic events, Near Death Experiences, and every day stress that provokes anxiety and/or depression.
