It takes resiliency, vulnerability, and courage to be in therapy. Good for you for allowing yourself this process. Through a holistic and psychodynamic approach, I combine principles of behavioral therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I assist with anxieties, life transitions, caregiving (especially self-care), dealing with chronic illness, grief/loss, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, and managing the varied anxieties of life.
