Susan uses a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore the challenges that may be preventing them from thriving in their daily lives. She works with individuals, families, and couples to better understand patterns of behavior and past experiences that may be contributing to current distress. Through a collaborative therapeutic process, she helps clients develop healthy coping strategies, strengthen self-awareness, and build confidence in their own abilities. Her goal is to support each individual in recognizing their strengths, navigating challenges, and working toward meaningful and sustainable therapeutic goals.
