I help emotionally stuck adults and chronically self-critical people regain a stronger sense of control in their personal and professional lives. If anxiety, depression, or insecurity has you self-doubting, overwhelmed, or trapped in painful loops, we’ll slow down, identify what’s driving your struggles, and map the patterns that keep pulling you off track. Together, we’ll reshape unhelpful thoughts, behaviors, and emotional reactions so they stop running your day or defining your identity. With curiosity, compassion, and a clinically focused approach, you’ll build self-worth, learn evidence-informed coping skills, and gain more reliable ways to regulate stress and manage difficult feelings. As your coping becomes steadier and your internal confidence grows, your choices will feel grounded, clearer, and more aligned—so you can move forward with momentum and thrive, not just manage symptoms. I use a blend of Solution-Focused techniques, skills training, and CBT. Solution-Focused work highlights what’s already working and turns it into practical next steps. Skills training strengthens your ability to handle stress, regulate tough emotions, and respond more consistently to anxiety or low mood. CBT helps you identify distorted thought patterns and replace them with healthier, balanced thinking. My approach is values-driven and results-oriented, shaped by an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Merrimack College, and an M.A. in Psychology from Harvard University.
