Introduction

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you've spent a long time carrying everything on your own. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or simply exhausted from surviving, you don't have to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. Together, we'll work to understand not only what you're experiencing, but why. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we'll explore the deeper patterns that have shaped the way you think, feel, relate to others, and move through the world. I believe healing happens when we approach ourselves with curiosity instead of judgment. I'll help you better understand your emotions, strengthen your relationship with yourself, develop practical tools for everyday life, and create lasting change that feels authentic to who you are. Along the way, we'll honor the connection between your mind and body, recognizing that healing often involves both. You don't need to have everything figured out before you come to therapy; you just have to be willing to begin. My hope is that our work together helps you feel more grounded, more connected, and more like yourself than you have in a long time. Wherever you are in your journey, I'll meet you there. Together, we'll gently untangle the pain, patterns, and beliefs that have kept you feeling disconnected, so you can reconnect with the light that has quietly remained within you all along.
