Introduction

I'm Susan Rick, a licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in IL with a Master of Science in Psychology, and I am currently pursuing my PhD in Forensic Psychology. I screened, examined, and treated individuals incarcerated at Dixon Correctional Facility and La Salle County Jail detainees. I enjoy assisting clients and creating unique solutions to achieve their objectives. There is no 'right' or 'wrong' approach to therapy. It is a personal journey that moves at your own pace. I am here to support and guide you through this process. I use evidence-based techniques and interventions tailored to each client's needs and goals, and I believe in creating a safe place for you to express yourself without fear of judgment. I am relaxed, empathetic, and dedicated to my client's well-being.
