Introduction

For more than 25 years, I have dedicated my work to helping children, families, and couples heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, and build healthier patterns. Much of my career has focused on adoption and foster care, where attachment and safety are central. I also offer marriage counseling for couples who want to communicate more effectively, repair emotional injuries, and reconnect with each other.
