I work with individuals navigating addiction and recovery, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, and changes in faith or religious identity. Many of the people I work with have spent a long time pushing through or trying to figure things out on their own. My approach is warm, honest, accepting, and holistic, and my own lived understanding of addiction and recovery is an important part of what I bring to this work. I want therapy to be a place where you feel understood, accepted, and able to show up as you are. Together, we can work toward understanding yourself more deeply, letting go of patterns that no longer serve you, and creating a life that feels more authentic to who you are.
