If you are feeling overwhelmed by the weight of trauma, relationship fractures, or the pressure to constantly “get it right,” I want to provide a safe place to move towards being unstuck. I work with adults, couples, and families who are tired of performing and ready to heal. My space is a sanctuary from judgment, where you can bring your full, authentic self. What often stands out to clients about my work is the emphasis on safety, validation, and shared humanity. You will have the space to share your concerns at your own pace, without fear of judgment or pressure to perform. Above all, our work together is a collaborative process in which your goals and voice guide the way.
