Introduction

Hi, I’m Suvi Chisholm. I’m a therapist supporting adults through life transitions, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and the quiet sense that something needs to shift. I offer individual therapy through secure telehealth, creating a gentle, grounded space where you can slow down, speak honestly, and explore what’s happening beneath the surface. Therapy with me is collaborative and human—not clinical or rushed. Many of the people I work with are navigating transitions across the lifespan, including becoming an adult, career or identity changes, motherhood, aging, relationships, or questions around meaning and spirituality. You don’t need a clear goal or the right words to begin. Curiosity and a willingness to show up are enough. We move at a pace that feels right for you, starting where you are and paying attention to what matters most.
