Introduction

I would love to support you on your journey to a more full-filling and balanced life that reflects your hopes, values and aspirations. I have been a licensed clinical social worker for over 30 years, working in and leading mental health organizations. I work with adults and older adolescents. My approach to therapy is to partner with you to understand your current situation, your hopes for the therapeutic process, and what you need to ensure our work together feels safe, supportive, respectful of your individual circumstances and identities. I provide individual, couples and family therapy for those in the midst of transitions, dealing with the challenges of parenting or caring for an aging family member, struggling with effects of recent or past trauma, coping with grief and loss, or exploring and integrating health conditions or identities. Making the choice to start therapy isn't easy but can be the difference between moving forward and staying stuck. I believe we all deserve to have safe and supportive relationships, that give us the space to grow and dream and live our best lives.
