We are stronger than we realize." I am a licensed clinical social worker with 40 years experience in private practice and various non profit organizations in Marin , Sonoma and Mendocino counties. I've worked with children, adolescents, adults and families, in schools and community agencies as a therapist, social worker, clinical program manager, supervisor and executive director. In addition to my clinical practice, I teach psychology, social work and counseling at Santa Rosa Junior College and Sonoma State University. One of the things I'm most proud of is that I've had the opportunity to train hundreds of therapists over the course of my career and watch them develop in their professional capacity. In addition to my clinical work I am also a writer who has written two books. I am an avid sports fan, love to cook and travel and I'm the proud mother of two young men.
