Introduction

Welcome to Revelation Mental Health! My name is Suzanne Maynard and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in both Tennessee and Nevada. I work with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I use evidenced based therapies like Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to help client’s move past traumatic events and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help client’s learn how to effectively manage difficult emotions and improve relationships. I also work with couples who are struggling to move past perpetual problems, make meaningful repairs, or are dealing with the aftermath of an affair. I have completed Level 3 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, an evidenced based approach to helping couples repair, reconnect, and strengthen their relationship. I offer both 60 minute and 90 minutes session to best serve your needs. Please contact me to discuss packages available for Gottman Method therapy and EMDR marathon sessions.
