Introduction

I've built my career around values of justice, equity, and dignity—shaped by years working in rape and domestic violence advocacy, substance misuse prevention, and community organizing, including helping to found a local homeless shelter. These experiences taught me that healing happens in spaces where people feel truly safe, respected, and accepted for who they are. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, burnout, and life transitions, with particular expertise working with abuse survivors, the LGBTQIA+ community, and women's health concerns. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), feminist therapy, and person-centered care—tailored to meet you where you are. I'm currently accepting new clients for telehealth sessions and work with most major insurance carriers. In our work together, you'll find a space where you can bring your whole self and be met with warmth, compassion, and without judgment.
