Introduction

I offer skilled, evidence-based therapy for individuals seeking support for challenging times in life or in their relationships. I specialize in health care providers (e.g., physicians, nurses, PAs, NPs) and other high-demand professions, as well as those in long-term recovery. My areas of focus include trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, improving relationships, and stress management. I use approaches based in psychological science to help you move forward in a way that fits your life - how you would like it to feel different. I've worked in the field of psychology for over 15 years. I have trained and practiced extensively in a variety of interventions, offering CBT, ACT, PE, CPT, DBT, and MBCT. Other aspects of my clinical background include years of experience in addiction treatment, as well in mindfulness practice and research. I look forward to the potential of working together. Reach out anytime to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call to get a sense of how I work and whether we’re a good fit. In the consultation call, we’ll discuss what brings you to seek therapy at this time and how I could help.
