Introduction

My approach is warm, curious, and present. I provide evidence-based therapy for those seeking support for challenging times in life, including trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationships, and difficult life transitions. Often it can feel as though your mind is working against you, running wild with anxious thoughts, reminders of trauma, or negative self-talk. I use approaches based in psychological science to help you move forward in life in a way that fits you, whether managing difficult emotions more effectively, shifting patterns of communication in relationships, or rewriting old narratives that aren't serving you. I've worked in the field of psychology for over 15 years and have trained and practiced extensively in a variety of interventions. I integrate CBT, ACT, PE, CPT, DBT, and MBCT in my practice. Other aspects of my clinical background include years of experience in addiction treatment and well a deep background in mindfulness research and practice. I look forward to the potential of working together. Reach out anytime to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call to get a sense of how I work and whether we’re a good fit.
