Introduction

I am a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience helping adults heal from trauma, addiction, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress. I specialize in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a gentle but effective approach that helps resolve distress without having to relive painful memories. Much of my work has focused on supporting adults with addiction issues as well as military service members and their families. I offer therapy in person in Kailua, Hawai‘i.
