For over a decade, I’ve supported individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging transitions, including grief and loss, end-of-life care, major life changes, and identity-related questions. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, and the stress of caregiving or life shifts, while also providing LGBTQ+ and trans-affirming therapy for those exploring gender identity, sexual identity, or relationship dynamics. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Boston College, where I completed clinical residencies on the renal transplant unit at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital, and at Newbridge on the Charles, a progressive assisted living and memory care facility. I’ve provided bedside care and clinical support at major Southern California hospitals, and worked directly with at-risk children and families in rural Kentucky through in-home case management and inpatient psychiatric care. This breadth of experience—from early-life crises to later-life transitions—shapes my holistic, compassionate approach to understanding and supporting each person’s unique journey. My practice is warm, grounded, and rooted in respect for your story. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients process grief, navigate transitions, address anxiety and depression, and build practical tools for clarity, resilience, and meaningful change. Starting therapy is a powerful step towards healing and strength. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
