This practice was built by ME for YOU.....and it's heartbeat began many years ago - with otters. Sea otters have a beautiful way of surviving the ocean. When the waves grow stronger, they don't face them alone. They gather together in what is called a "raft" - holding on to one another so they aren't pulled apart by the current. This image has stayed with me for years. Life brings storms none of us asked for. Trauma, grief, anxiety, loss, conflict, and unexpected change can leave individuals, children and families feeling disconnected or even unwell. At Raft Therapy, I believe we don't have to weather the storm alone.
