Introduction

I believe we all have an innate ability to heal, both physically and emotionally. Every one of us will respond differently to the stress or trauma we encounter throughout life and it's okay to ask for help. My goal as a clinician is to connect with you in a thoughtful and compassionate manner, so that change and healing can occur. I’ve worked in the field of mental health for over 30 years and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1998. I’ve had the opportunity to assist people of all ages in a wide array of settings including outpatient, in-home, residential, inpatient, and managed care. Both my professional and personal life experiences have taught me that no matter how hopeless or broken we may feel, there is always room for growth and change.
