Introduction

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering developmental somatics, expressive art therapy, transpersonal therapy, and psychedelic-informed psychotherapy to address pre-verbal trauma and overwhelm. I work with adults navigating neurodivergence, complex trauma, chronic illness, identity exploration, and existential or spiritual questions. I also welcome entrepreneurs, executives, and leaders navigating the pressures of responsibility, demanding work, and complex relationships. My approach is collaborative, discreet, and grounded in curiosity about how our bodies, histories, and environments shape our experiences. Rather than focusing on what's wrong or needs fixing, I support people in cultivating awareness, deepening connection, and discovering new possibilities for living. My approach is grounded in respect for your unique experience, autonomy, and capacity for change. I offer both Telehealth and in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
