I work with children, teens, and adults who are struggling with OCD, anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, substance use, eating disorders, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. I am supervised by Cherie Miller, LPC-S, CEDS-C, IEDS. I help clients better understand what is happening beneath the surface, recognize the patterns keeping them stuck, and develop practical skills for responding differently. When working with children and teens, I also value collaborating with parents so they feel better equipped to support their child outside of therapy. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s age, personality, and individual needs. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe being themselves while also gently encouraging them to face difficult things and work toward meaningful change. Together, we will build on your existing strengths, increase confidence in handling challenges, and help you move toward a life that feels healthier and more manageable. I also offer optional faith-integrated counseling for clients who would like to incorporate their Christian beliefs into therapy.
