Introduction

I believe therapy works best when it creates space to slow down and explore what's really going on—not just in your symptoms, but in your relationships, your sense of self, and what gives your life meaning. Whether you're navigating conflict with a partner, feeling disconnected from yourself, processing trauma, or questioning what authenticity looks like for you, I'm here to help you move forward with greater intention and clarity. As a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), I work with individuals and couples using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), existential approaches, and relational therapy. I balance practical tools with deeper exploration, helping you understand the patterns that shape your experiences while building a more compassionate relationship with yourself. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. I work with most major insurance plans, including Cigna Healthcare, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, United Behavioral Health, and others.
