You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a relationship, noticing the same patterns showing up over and over, or simply wanting to understand yourself a little better. I believe the relationship you build with your therapist is just as important as the work you do together. My approach is conversational, curious, and grounded in genuine connection. I’ll challenge you when you need it, celebrate the wins with you, and make room for the hard stuff without making every session feel heavy. There’s room for humor here, too. I work with adults, couples, and teens navigating anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, identity, life transitions, and everything in between. I also have a particular interest in working with individuals in aviation, adoptees, and those exploring sex, intimacy, and relationship concerns. At the end of the day, I want therapy to feel like a conversation with someone who genuinely wants to get to know you. We might laugh, we might have some uncomfortable conversations, and we might uncover a few things you weren’t expecting. That’s all part of it. You don’t need to show up knowing exactly what to say. We’ll figure out where to start together.
