Becoming a therapist was personal. Growing up undiagnosed and unsupported, in systems that didn't have language for a brain like mine, shaped everything about how I practice now. That background informs my work with kids, teens, and adults navigating ADHD, autism, trauma, and survival mode, and with parents who want something different for their child than what they had. Sessions are collaborative, paced by you, and grounded in the belief that your nervous system makes sense, even when it doesn't feel like it.
