Too often we are expected to travel through life without acknowledging the incredible demands of self-exploration, healing, and discovery. Our world has taught us to believe that if we cannot see hurt, pain, or trauma, then it must not be there. I invite you to challenge this belief and acknowledge that mental health is health, too. Traumas are more often than not invisible, only to be seen when someone is struggling on the outside. It is imperative to pay attention to the obstacles we cannot see. I specialize in working with adults experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, fears, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I am particularly passionate about helping clients address the less visible forms of trauma: experiences that may be dismissed or minimized but continue to impact their emotional well-being, relationships, and daily lives. My therapeutic style is direct, compassionate, and solution-focused. I believe therapy should be a space where you're invited to be yourself while also being encouraged to challenge patterns that may no longer serve you. I utilize modalities such as accelerated resolution therapy (ART), motivational interviewing, CBT, reality testing, and person-centered therapy. I value authenticity, collaboration, and helping clients translate insight into meaningful action. I work best with individuals who are ready to actively participate in their healing, explore new perspectives, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
