Introduction

Hi there! As you take the difficult first step of deciding to pursue therapy, I want to be here to support you and help you feel comfortable with this process. I'm the type of therapist who meets clients where they're at, but I'm not afraid to give you support/encouragement to navigate discomfort and change. I provide supportive counseling that integrates evidence-based skills to help achieve a life worth living. Outside of my day job, I love to read fantasy books, listen to music, engage in joyful movement (for me: weightlifting/cardio), and spend time with my loved ones. I work with adolescents, emerging adults, and adults on issues related to eating disorders, body image, self-esteem, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship concerns/interpersonal conflicts, and ADHD/twice exceptional giftedness. I welcome and accept clients from all different walks of life. I'm happy to set up a 15-minute consultation for us to chat and see if I'd be a good fit for you, or help you find your best match based on your concerns.
