Sydnie is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College. She has experience working in preschool and school settings, youth centers, and private practice, supporting clients across developmental stages. As a military spouse of over five years, Sydnie also brings personal and professional experience supporting military families through the unique challenges that impact mental health and overall well-being. Her areas of focus include depression, anxiety, body image, self-worth, disordered eating, military-related concerns, life transitions, and women’s issues. Sydnie takes a humanistic, person-centered approach and thoughtfully integrates evidence-based techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. She creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered. Her goal is to help you build a practical “toolbox” of skills and insight so you can navigate challenges with confidence, both in and outside of session. She is here to support you through difficult seasons while helping you develop the confidence and skills to move forward independently.
