With over ten years of experience serving individuals and families within correctional settings, adoption settings, probation services, substance use treatment programs, and child welfare systems, I have supported people navigating trauma, family disruption, sytsemic stress, addictions, and complex life transitions. The experiences deepened my understanding of how unprocessed pain, instability, and life stressors can shape behavior and emotional wellbeing. I bring about three years of direct clinical experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and older adults. I work with individuals facing trauma-related concerns, ADHD, oppositional and conduct-related behaviors, bipolar spectrum presentations, substance use challenges, anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and steady. I beleive that behind every behavior is a story- often, a need for safety, understanding, and support. Therapy with me is a space where you can explore your experiences without judgment, gain practical tools for emotional regulation, and move toward growth at a pace that feels respectful and safe. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable. My goal is to create an environment where you feel heard, respected, and genuinely supported as you pursue healing and personal growth.
