Introduction

Special Hands Outreach, LLC is a virtual mental health practice dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families heal, grow, and navigate life’s challenges with compassionate, personalized care. Our diverse team of licensed and pre-licensed clinicians provides trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy for adolescents ages 10+, adults, couples, and families. We support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, parenting concerns, ADHD, autism-related concerns, stress, and emotional regulation difficulties. At Special Hands Outreach, we believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. Our clinicians use approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s needs. For clients who desire it, we also offer Christian faith-based counseling that thoughtfully integrates faith, biblical principles, and spirituality into the therapeutic process. Special Hands Outreach provides convenient telehealth services, allowing clients to receive quality mental health care from the comfort and privacy of their own space. You do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Our team is here to support you along your journey toward healing, healthier relationships, greater emotional wellness, and lasting change.
