Many people come to therapy feeling stuck—caught in patterns, relationships, or roles that no longer fit. You may appear fine on the outside while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain inside. Sometimes you know what’s wrong; other times you just know something needs to change. My work is for those who are curious about themselves & want to understand the deeper patterns shaping their lives. We may explore relationships, family history, anxiety, trauma, identity, and life transitions. Therapy is collaborative & reflective—I won’t direct your life, but I will help you slow down, notice patterns, & gain clarity about what you want. My approach is relational and existential, focused on more than symptom relief. I integrate ACT, attachment and family systems, IFS, EMDR, CBT, and other evidence-based methods as needed. The goal is greater self-understanding, flexibility, and freedom—so your life feels more like your own.
