Hi, I’m Tabitha. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, overwhelming, or even a little scary, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m an LCSW supervisee who works with individuals looking to better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns while learning how to be kinder and more compassionate toward themselves. I help clients develop practical grounding and coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and feel more in control of their inner world. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders, and I tailor therapy to meet you where you are, at your pace. My approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and client-centered, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back while building tools that support real, lasting change. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling supported, empowered, and a little more hopeful than when you arrived.
