Introduction

If you’re reading this, congratulations on taking a meaningful step toward a happier, healthier you. I believe everyone has the capacity to reach their goals, even if the journey looks nothing like what you imagined. My role is to partner with you as you navigate life’s complexities—offering a space where you can feel safe, uncensored, and empowered to explore your experiences and emotions at your own pace. I work with teens ages 13+, couples, and adults of all ages. Some of my specialty areas include addiction & recovery, life transitions, trauma, self-esteem, relationship concerns, and stress management. Regardless of the presenting issues, we will work together to identify the best route for you to achieve desired results! My therapeutic approach is person-centered and strengths-based, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and others, depending on the unique needs of the client. At the foundation of my work is the scripture Galatians 6:2: “Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges, with the belief that we were never meant to carry life’s heaviness alone.
