Introduction

Therapy doesn’t have to be a place where you sit on a couch and wonder, “Okay…what am I supposed to talk about now?” I believe therapy works best when it feels human, collaborative, and actually useful in your everyday life. I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults who feel things deeply, get stuck in their heads, struggle to regulate emotions, or find themselves repeating patterns they don’t quite know how to change. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or major life transitions—and want more than someone who simply listens and nods. My style is warm, curious, and direct. We’ll make space for the hard things, but we’ll also laugh, build practical skills, notice patterns, and figure out what’s happening underneath them. I draw from DBT, EMDR, play therapy, mindfulness, parts work, and other approaches based on what actually fits you. Ultimately, I want therapy to help you understand yourself better, trust yourself more, and feel more capable of handling the messy, complicated parts of being human.
