Hi, I’m Taisha. I know reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve been carrying so much emotionally, mentally, or physically. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and don’t have to hold everything alone. I work with individuals, parents, and families navigating anxiety, overwhelm, relationship stress, family dynamics, emotional regulation, burnout, boundary-setting, and life transitions. Many of my clients are used to being the “strong one” and struggle to prioritize themselves without guilt. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I blend insight with real-life tools to help clients better understand their emotions, relationship patterns, nervous system responses, and inner dialogue. I often incorporate family systems, attachment-based work, CBT, mindfulness, and emotion regulation strategies tailored to each person’s unique needs and pace. I also specialize in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), an evidence-based approach that helps strengthen the parent-child relationship while supporting emotional and behavioral regulation in children. I believe therapy is not about perfection, but about creating greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, emotional safety, and a more sustainable, aligned life. I am currently only accepting private-pay clients and offering virtual therapy sessions throughout California.
