Hi! I'm Tal, and I'm passionate about creating spaces where individuals can truly explore and be themselves. What drives my work is a desire to provide quality, accessible care to those who may not see their lived experiences reflected in other providers. I strongly believe in the power of community to heal and sustain, particularly in a world that doesn't always understand us. My approach comes from both professional training and lived experience. I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and draw from relational and attachment theories. Whether you're exploring identity, navigating life stage transitions, working through other mental health challenges, or just need a safe space to process life's complexities, I'm here to support you with genuine care and respect. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions because I believe therapy should be accessible to you in whatever way works best for your life and comfort level. Your journey is unique, and my goal is to meet you where you are with understanding, compassion, and without judgment. When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll likely find me playing or listening to music. I love podcasts, too! I'm also an avid rock climber and devoted dog dad.
