Introduction

Hi, I’m Tali, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing in-person individual therapy to teens 16+ and adults throughout Western New York, as well as telehealth therapy across New York State. Life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next. Whether you’re experiencing grief and loss, navigating trauma, adjusting to a major life transition, or simply feeling ready for something to change, therapy can provide a safe space to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe you know yourself best, and my role is to listen without judgment, meet you where you are, and work alongside you toward meaningful change. I have experience supporting clients with grief, trauma, self-compassion, and personal growth, and I use evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. Together, we may explore patterns that keep you feeling stuck, strengthen coping skills, process difficult experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, resilient, connected, and confident in your life. I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Niagara University. Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling, watching movies, and knitting. I value authenticity and genuine connection and believe that feeling truly understood is an important part of meaningful therapy.
