Life is full of changes, and navigating those in between moments can feel overwhelming. Whether you are balancing friendships and career beginnings, transitioning from dependence on parents to living on your own in college or early adulthood, moving through marriage, parenthood, or rediscovering your sense of self, these transitions often bring anxiety, stress, and uncertainty. It is normal to feel lost at times, but you do not have to go through it on your own. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). CBT helps clients recognize unhelpful thought patterns and take meaningful, actionable steps toward change. EMDR allows for processing difficult or distressing experiences, reframing the past, and moving forward with resilience and self-confidence. Together, we will work toward greater clarity and growth, helping you manage life’s challenges, including all the in between moments, with more purpose and self-understanding.
