There may be parts of you you’ve tried to fix, manage, set aside, or keep under wraps. Together, we can get curious about what they’ve been carrying and why they showed up in the first place. When these parts feel seen and understood, they can soften, rest, or step into more supportive roles, creating more compassion and trust in your inner world. I offer therapy for individuals and couples ages 18 and older. My therapeutic approach is primarily rooted in Internal Family Systems, while also collaboratively incorporating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
