Introduction

Life can be overwhelming at times, and you don't have to navigate it alone. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, I'm here to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward. Together, we'll identify your strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. People often describe me as warm, genuine, compassionate, and easy to talk to. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable being your authentic self, knowing that you will be met with empathy, respect, and without judgment. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I am committed to meeting you where you are while working alongside you to help you achieve your personal goals. I enjoy working with men, women, and couples who are navigating life's transitions and challenges. I have experience helping clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, relationship concerns, and life adjustments. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities or facing a significant life change, I strive to provide practical tools and compassionate support that foster healing and resilience. My professional experience includes providing both individual and group therapy, which has strengthened my appreciation for the healing that can occur through both one-on-one counseling and the encouragement found in a supportive group setting. My approach to therapy is person-centered because I recognize that every individual has a unique story, strengths, and life experiences. I tailor each session to meet your specific needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. My hope is to help you gain insight, build confidence, strengthen communication, and develop the skills needed to create meaningful and lasting change. Seeking therapy is a courageous first step, and you don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. No matter where you are in your journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you as we work together toward healing, hope, and personal growth. If you're ready to take the next step, I invite you to contact me by phone or email. I look forward to answering your questions and helping you determine whether we're a good fit for your therapeutic journey.
