Introduction

My name is Tamara "Tami" Axtell LMHC, NCC. I have worked with all ages across the lifespan and now am focusing on adults, teens, and couples! My main areas of treatment focus are trauma, anxiety, panic, phobias, OCD, and relationships of all sorts. I am trained to use the Gottman couples method for work with couples and am especially interested in working with parents to learn how to grow resilient kiddos and reduce or eliminate anxious behaviors. When I am not at the office, I enjoy listening to live music, watching hockey and football, gardening, and spending time with my loved ones.
