Hiya, I'm Tamara! I'm a Family and Marriage Therapist with over 6 years of experience in seeing and treating clients. The thought of helping others, especially when they felt unseen, has been something I've been passionate about since I was in high school. I got my undergraduate degree in Psychology and was fascinated by the link between our childhoods and how they impact our cognitive and behavioral development. I particularly enjoy and am passionate about working with those struggling with trauma, grief, anxiety, and life transitions. I am specialized in neurodivergency, specifically ADHD, and am in the process of getting specialized in OCD and eating disorders. What's most important to me as a clinician is to create an inclusive and judgment-free zone for my clients, making them feel supported and seen. I consider myself client-centered, adaptable to the needs of my clients. I want to help them build a foundation that, when they walk out of the therapy office (or log off virtually), they have the stability and confidence to trek on their own.
