I work with adults (18+) navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Together, we move at a pace that feels safe and intentional. I use a warm, collaborative approach grounded in CBT, person-centered, trauma-informed care, and a culturally responsive lens. I also incorporate somatic awareness, helping you notice how experiences are held in the body as we build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and support overall well-being.
