Life can feel overwhelming when you are dealing with stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, or major life changes. You do not have to figure everything out on your own. I provide a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can talk openly, learn practical coping skills, and work through what is getting in the way. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families. I also have a special interest in working with military members, veterans, military families, first responders, correctional professionals, and others in high-stress roles. These experiences can come with pressures that are hard to explain to people who have not lived or worked in those environments. My approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on what works for you. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and other approaches based on your needs and goals. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, relationship concerns, or feeling stuck, we will work together to help you move forward. Starting therapy can feel like a big step. My goal is to make the process feel comfortable, respectful, and easy to understand. Healing Starts Here.
