My name is Tammie Betts and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. If you are struggling to break through the barriers that prevent you from being your best self; I can help you. I have helped individuals navigate a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, family and relationship conflict, substance use and physical and emotional trauma. Over the years I have developed an eclectic style but ultimately, I believe in tailoring my approach to your individual needs. This includes collaborating with you to help you reach your goals.
