I am the Director and a mental health counselor specializing in autism, ADHD, twice-exceptionality (2e), and executive functioning challenges and trauma. As someone who is AuDHD and a parent and grandparent of neurodivergent family members, I bring both lived experience and clinical expertise to support individuals, couples, and families with practical, strengths-based strategies. I also co-host the podcast and NeuroReal with Dr. Isom, which can be seen on my YouTube or FaceBook. We have rebranded the podcast to Neurodivergently Speaking. On the podcast, we explore real-life experiences, challenges, and insights for neurodivergent individuals, families, and the systems that support them. My goal is to create a space where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to thrive. We provide referrals to two exceptional providers to offer comprehensive, integrated care: Direct Primary Care with Isom MD Psychological Assessment with The Thought Loft Membership & Payment Options No insurance claims are filed.
