You may be at a point in your life where you know something needs to change, but you’re not quite sure where to begin. You may notice yourself repeating the same patterns, struggling with anxiety or stress, or carrying experiences from the past that continue to affect you today. Maybe you simply want to understand yourself better, make sense of what you’ve been through, and find a way forward that feels more authentic to who you are. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you can feel safe, heard, and understood. I work with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, depression, grief, chronic illness, and difficult life transitions. My approach is collaborative, and trauma informed, drawing from CBT, ACT, mindfulness, DBT skills, and my background in art therapy. Together, we’ll connect the dots, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools and new perspectives that support meaningful change. I am an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a background in psychology, neuropsychology, art therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. These experiences bring different perspectives to my work as a therapist. I believe therapy should be shaped around you, your experiences, your values, and what matters most in your life.
