I became a counselor because I wanted to create space for people who didn't see themselves reflected in the therapy room. My background working with veterans, trauma, mood disorders, and substance abuse has shaped how I approach mental health care with depth and cultural understanding. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan—from teenagers through adults—addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. I draw on multiple evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered techniques, tailoring each to what you need. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer telehealth sessions through Aetna, Cigna Healthcare, and Carelon Behavioral Health. Whether you're navigating a difficult season or working through deeper wounds, I'm here to meet you where you are.
