I am a New York State (NYS) Certified School Psychologist and Postdoctoral Psychology Resident. I am committed to supporting children, adolescents, and adults in developing the skills needed to navigate life’s challenges. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while working toward meaningful change. My clinical experience includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, and behavioral concerns. I also support children and families with school-related challenges, including attention, learning, and social-emotional development. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy, and take an individualized, strengths-based approach to treatment. I conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for a range of diagnoses, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as well as provide diagnostic clarification. I also administer cognitive (IQ) and academic achievement assessments. Additionally, I complete evaluations for children and adults to determine eligibility for academic and workplace accommodations, supporting clients in better understanding their needs and advocating effectively for themselves. My research focuses on understanding and addressing the unique challenges that people of color encounter to promote a more inclusive and equitable society. I am motivated to help others develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their potential. I value warmth, authenticity, cultural awareness, and collaboration in my practice, and I am dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized, and effective care. My goal is to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and feel more confident in managing their day-to-day lives.
