I’m Tanisha McCall, a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. My work is rooted in creating a space where you feel heard, seen, and valued, because I believe meaningful change begins when you feel safe enough to show up as you are. My path into therapy is shaped by over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through life transitions, personal growth, and academic and career changes. Through that work, I saw how many people were navigating stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges without a clear, supportive space to process and move forward. That led me to pursue my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and deepen my commitment to helping others create lasting, meaningful change in their lives. I take a solution focused approach to therapy, which means we will not stay stuck in the problem. Instead, we will work together to identify your strengths, clarify your goals, and take practical, intentional steps toward the life and relationships you want. I support individuals, couples, and families who may be experiencing anxiety, life transitions, emotional disconnection, or feeling stuck and unsure of what is next. Whether you are navigating a season of change, working through relationship challenges, or simply looking for clarity and direction, my goal is to walk alongside you in a way that feels supportive, collaborative, and empowering.
